By purchasing Tracked / Insured method of .shipping you agree that in the result your order not being delivered after a period of 21 days from day of shipping has passed buychemstore.com will make arrangements to reship your order free of charge. Only 1 free reship will be given for any order.

If the package is not delivery confirmation because of customer’s fault,we will reship the order after the package is returned back to buychemstore.com. But customer need to pay the shipping cost again.
