How ordering works

When you make an order, all you will receive is your order information and instruction on how to make payment, once we receive payment, your order status will change from “on hold” to processing hereby confirming the reception of payment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another mail stating “order completed” and that’s all the mails you will receive from us.
please once you receive your packages, do send an email  to confirm the reception and don’t forget to state your order number, once that is done, we will delete order records and all trace.
